T. Jaba Priya

Dr. T. Jaba Priya has been teaching chemistry since 2005 and her academic interest is in the field of inorganic chemistry, specifically coordination chemistry, bio inorganic chemistry, materials science, applied Chemistry and environmental chemistry.

She has authored research papers and books in fields such as supramolecular chemistry,  solid waste management, service learning, adsorption, and depolymerisation.  She has completed projects funded by the Government (UGC minor project) and private organisations (UBCHEA).

She has served as an external subject expert in the board of studies and in faculty recruitment.

She has presented papers in State, National and International level Conferences and her paper received the best paper award in the international Conference on Advanced Materials -2023 organized by WCC, Chennai. She has Served as a Member of Centre for Women Studies (CWS), MCC and has actively involved in various projects of CWS
