Deepthi VV

Ms. Deepthi V V is an experienced academician in the field of Mass Communication and Journalism with over five years of teaching experience. She has served as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Journalism, Madras Christian College, Chennai, and at the School of Communication, Dr. GRD College of Science, Coimbatore. She cleared the State Level Eligibility Test (SET) in 2018, showcasing her academic excellence.

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, both from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. Ms. Deepthi is proficient in various media tools and technologies, including Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, and video editing. She has industry exposure through internships at Hello FM in radio programming and Deccan Chronicle in news reporting and editing.

Her teaching and research interests lie in Media Research, Photojournalism, Radio Production, and Public Relations. She is passionate about integrating practical media production skills with theoretical learning, aiming to create a dynamic classroom experience.
