Dear Graduand,
The 25th Graduation Day of the Self-Financed Stream of Madras Christian College, for graduands who completed their UG and PG programmes in April 2025, will be held on Thursday, 3rd September 2026, at 2.30 p.m. in Anderson Hall, Madras Christian College.
You are requested to complete the pre-enrolment procedures through the Graduation Day Portal on or before 28th August 2026.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Upon completion of the pre-enrolment procedures, you will receive a confirmation email from the College. Receipt of the confirmation email is a mandatory requirement for participation in the Graduation Day Ceremony.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION: Graduands who have received their confirmation email are required to report for in-person registration at their respective Departments between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on the day of the Graduation Ceremony, without fail. The in-person registration counters will close at 11.45 a.m., after which entry to the Graduation Day Ceremony will not be permitted.
PRIZE WINNERS: If you are a prize winner, you are also required to register at the Students’ Records Office counter on the same day, on or before 11.45 a.m.
ACADEMIC ROBE: You are required to hire an academic robe from the authorised agent available on the College campus. The rental charge is Rs. 150/-, with a refundable deposit of Rs. 350/-, making a total payment of Rs. 500/-. The academic robes may be collected between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
Kindly ensure that you are seated in your allotted place, wearing your academic robe, before 2.00 p.m.
GRADUANDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE HALL AFTER 2.00 P.M.
LIVE STREAMING: For the benefit of parents and others who are unable to attend in person, the Graduation Day Ceremony will be live-streamed on the “Media MCC”.

REFRESHMENTS: Refreshments will be served in the Quadrangle after the Graduation Day Ceremony.
COLLECTION OF DEGREE CERTIFICATE: If you are unable to attend the Graduation Day Ceremony, you may collect your Degree Certificate in person from the Principal’s Office on any working day after 20 th September 2026. Alternatively, you may receive your Degree Certificate by Registered Post. Kindly refer to the College website for further details.
