46th Graduation Day for the Aided Stream and 24th Graduation Day for the Self-Financed Stream (Period of completion of course- UG & PG – April 2024, Nov 2024, and M.Phil – Aug 2023 & 2024)

Dear Graduand,                                                                              

The 46^th Graduation Day for the Aided Stream (Period of completion of course- UG & PG – April 2024, Nov 2024, and M.Phil – Aug 2023 & 2024) of Madras Christian College will be held on SATURDAY, 28^TH MARCH, 2026 at 2.30 p.m. in the Anderson Hall, Madras Christian College.  Kindly complete the pre-enrollment procedures in the Graduation Day Portal at https://mcc.edu.in/notice-graduation-day/ on or before 15^th March, 2026.

Confirmation E-mail

Upon completion of the pre-enrollment procedures, you will receive a Confirmation e-mail from the College which is a mandatory requirement to participate in the Graduation Day Ceremony.

In-Person Registration

 Graduands who have received their Confirmation e-mail, are required to report for
In-Person Registration at their respective Departments between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on the Graduation Day without fail. The In-Person Registration counter will be closed at
12.00 noon beyond which entry would be denied for the Graduation Day Ceremony.

Prize Winners

If you are a Prize winner, you are also required to register at the Students Records Office counter on the same day before 12.00 noon.

Academic Robe 

You are required to hire an academic robe for Rs.150/- with a refundable deposit of Rs.150/- (total Rs.300/-) from an authorized agent available at the College Campus between 9.00 a.m.
and 1.00 p.m.

Kindly ensure that you are seated in your allotted place wearing your academic robes before
2.00 p.m.

GRADUANDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE HALL AFTER 2.00 P.M.

For the benefit of Parents and those who cannot attend in person, the Graduation Day Ceremony will be LIVE STREAMED on the “Media MCC” YouTube Channel through the Link –

Refreshments will be served in the Quadrangle after the Graduation Day ceremony.

If you are not in a position to attend the Graduation Day Function, you can collect your Degree Certificate in person from the Principal’s Office on any working day after 15^th April 2026. You can also receive your Degree Certificate by Registered Post (kindly refer the College website for details).
