Sethu Lakshmy Ashok

Sethu Lakshmy Ashok currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology (SFS)at Madras Christian College. She is a postgraduate in Clinical Psychology and NET qualified. She has undergone 2 years of clinical training at RMMCH, internships at Naveen Rehabilitation and De-addiction, and the Santhwana Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Additionally, she has completed a six-month online course in cognitive behavioural therapy and psychotherapy through Psybridge. Her postgraduate research project was on the relationship between life satisfaction and self-efficacy among young adults.” She teaches Biological Psychology, Social Psychology, Psychopathology and Personality Development.
