About the Journal

Eclectic Representation is a peer-reviewed biannual journal, which covers English literature from the time of Chaucer to the Present Day and themes related to the English language.

Aim and Scope

  • Present scholarly essays on diverse works of literature, film, folk studies, translation studies, etc.
  • Encourage re-reading of familiar authors, as well as those that champion new or neglected works.
  • Promote diversity of methodologies.
  • Examine a wide range of literary, critical and creative topics.

  • Reinforce the pleasure for which literature and other works of arts are created through criticism and scholarship.

Previously unpublished manuscripts that are well-written, organized, concise and readable, and conforms to the specifications of the 8th edition of the MLA Handbook to be submitted.
