Transcript Application – Guidelines

The passed out students can apply for transcripts from the College. Please read the information given below carefully, before you apply for your transcripts.


The applicant must send an email to along with the scanned copy of following documents:

  1. Degree Certificate
  2. Consolidated Mark Sheet
  3. Fee Paid Receipt (Rs. 300 for each copy of the transcript)
  4. If you are applying for WES, please submit a scanned copy of the academic records request WES form filled and signed by the student.

The Deanery will submit the academic records request WES form directly to WES through Email. (Rs.500 for WES submission and one copy of the Transcript)


Official Electronic transcript can be sent by the college directly to other Universities if the candidate requires it on payment of Rs.200/-

For the verification of the Degree certificates kindly contact the University of Madras since they are the issuing authority.

Students Requiring Hard Copy of the transcript can collect it from the Student Records office or the Office of the Vice Principal in Person. If anyone else is collecting the transcript on behalf of the applicant, an authorization letter for the same has to be sent.
