Research Interests (Specialisations)

Research in experimental and theoretical domains of Networking:
Learning algorithms on Bio-inspired computations with the use of Petri Nets, and Computational Biology, the research focuses on repetitions of diseases occurring due to non-linear genetic diseases and the pathway of plasma membrane in an individual and the effects of inhibitors in the Synthesis and Processing of N-Linked Glycoprotein in the human body. With Fuzzy Neural Network, the research proposes a novel hybrid approach combining multilayer neural networks for common psychiatric diseases and diagnosis to store a large number of medical records, each of which includes information on symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. The developed model using OOPS, not only takes the descriptive advantages of Petri nets, but also has neuron learning and knowledge reduction ability. Experimental training is done on neural network to diagnose the medical and psychiatric disease using back propagation algorithms.
