MCC Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chetpet

The aim of the school is to provide a sound liberal Christian and general education. It is based on the principle of the right of everybody to knowledge without any discrimination. This was the aim with which Rev. John Anderson started his work and this has been the aim of the management throughout.

The strength of the school is about 1800 pupils, The boys are drawn from a very wide field and have their instruction through the medium of English. The Languages taught in the school are Tamil, Hindi and French. Mrs. Revathy Bonns who joined the school as P.G.Asst. in English was appointed as Principal in October 2006. The School believes in the concept of ‘Education for life’ and strives to provide a comprehensive education needed for the overall personality development of the child.
