Highlights

  • Attended the 2nd Social Work Joint World conference organized by IFSW, IASSW and ICSW at Stockholm, Sweden from 7th July to 12th July 2012.
  • Presented a paper and was also a Chairperson for the session on ‘Child Participation’ at the 2nd Social Work Joint World in July 2012.
  • Received the ‘UGC Travel grant for attending International Conferences’ for attending the 2nd Social Work Joint World conference organized at Sweden.
  • An UGC Minor Research project on ‘Migrant Women Construction Workers: A Human Rights Perspective’ in January 2015 (Completed).
  • AIACHE Fellow- Inter Institutional Faculty Exchange Program orgnaised by the AIACHE sponsored by UBCHEA and taught at the Sophia College, Ajmer in December 2014.
  • UB Scholar -Annual Peace Building workshop conducted by Mindanao Peace Building Institute, Davao, Philippines from May 13th 2019 to 31st May 2019.
  • UB Fellowship 2021 -2022 Cohort. Chosen to attend United Board Summer Institute conducted by the Singapore Management University in July 2021, in January 2023 visited the Assumption University, Bangkok & Payap University, Chiang Mai, Thailand, the Singapore Management University and National University of Singapore. Attended the executive development program from the Singapore Management University in July 2023,
  • WoLA Fellow – Women Leadership in Asia- Transforming for the Next Normal jointly organized by EWHA Womans University, Korea, Scranton Women’s Leadership Centre, Korea, United Board and Wesley Zadan from October 20th 2021 to 30th November 2021.
  • Capacity Building Program for Peace Educators in Asia jointly organized by Globethics.net, Mindanao Peace Building Institute and United Board from 18th October 2021 to 10th December 2021.
  • IASACT Fellow – Institute for Advanced Study in Asian Cultures and Theologies (IASACT) 2021 and did an action research on Environment, Social Media and Cultural & religious practices.

3. Effectiveness of Street Theatre for Adult Health Education for Adolescent School Girls funded by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Sriperumbudur in December 2011.
