23rd Graduation Day for the Self-Financed Stream

Dear Graduand,                                                                      

The 23rd Graduation Day for the Self-Financed Stream (Period of completion of the course- UG/PG – April 2023 & Nov 2022 &2023 and M.Phil – Aug 2022) of Madras Christian College will be held on Friday,  24th January 2025 at 2.30 p.m. in the Anderson Hall, Madras Christian College. 

Kindly complete the pre-enrollment procedures in the Graduation Day Portal using the link given below on or before 19th January 2025. 

Confirmation E-mail

Upon completion of the pre-enrollment procedures, you will receive a Confirmation e-mail from the College which is a mandatory requirement to participate in the Graduation Day Ceremony.

In-Person Registration

Graduands who have received their Confirmation e-mail are required to report for In-Person Registration at their respective Departments between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on the Graduation Day without fail. The In-Person Registration counter will be closed at 12.00 noon beyond which entry would be denied for the Graduation Day Ceremony.

Prize Winners

If you are a Prize winner, you are also required to register at the Students Records Office counter on the same day before 12.00 noon.

Academic Robe 

You are required to hire an academic robe for Rs.120/- with a refundable deposit of Rs.180/- (total Rs.300/-) from an authorized agent available at the College Campus between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

Kindly ensure that you are seated in Anderson Hall before 2.00 p.m.

For the benefit of Parents and those who cannot attend in person, the Graduation Day Ceremony will be LIVE STREAMED on the “Media MCC” YouTube Channel through the Link –

Refreshments will be served in the Quadrangle after the Graduation Day ceremony.

If you are not in a position to attend the Graduation Day Function, you can collect your Degree Certificate in person from the Principal’s Office on any working day after 10th February 2025. You can also receive your Degree Certificate by Registered Post (kindly refer to the College website for details).

Instructions for filling the pre-registration form

Note: Documents required for filling out the pre-registration forms are

    • Competitive Exam Score card/proof for those who have cleared the competitive examination.
    • Offer letter, company ID card, startup, or business registration for employed / entrepreneur.
    • Admit a card / ID / fee-paid receipt if pursuing higher studies.
    • Duly filled and signed Self–Declaration Form for those searching for jobs and preparing for competitive.
  1. Kindly click the pre-registration button to log in to the Graduation Day Registration Form.
  2. The username is your 13-digit registration number.
  3. Password is your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
  4. Kindly check the details given in the registration form
  5. You may update the address, phone number and email address.
  6. If you were a hall resident, click on the yes button and add the name of the Hall.
  7. If you have cleared the competitive examination, click the yes button and mention the exam you have cleared. Also, upload the scorecard / Proof for clearing the competitive examination. Proof may either be uploaded in JPEG/JPG/PDF format.
  8. Kindly mark the appropriate button in the current status:
    • Employed / Entrepreneur
    • Higher Education
    • Others
  9. For Employed / Entrepreneur, kindly enter your Company / Startup Name, Designation, Salary / Turnover details and company address. You must upload the appropriate evidence, such as an offer letter, company ID card, startup, or business registration, in JPEG, JPG, or PDF format.
  10. For those pursuing Higher Studies, you may provide the name of the college you are currently studying at, your degree, department, and address. The evidence, namely Admit Card / ID / Fee Paid Receipt, may either be uploaded in JPEG/JPG/PDF formats
  11. For those searching for jobs or preparing for competitive exams, you may download the self-declaration form, fill in the required details and mail the same to graduationday@mcc.edu.in 
  12. After completing the basic information, you must submit feedback. When completing the feedback form, click submit.
  13. Upon completing the pre-registration procedures, you will receive a Confirmation e-mail from the College, a mandatory requirement for participating in the Graduation Day Ceremony.
    • For those searching for jobs or preparing for competitive exams, submission of a self-declaration form is mandatory to receive the confirmation mail.
