MCC Hanshin Hope Centre

History

As a result of a decade-old fruitful partnership with South Korean Universities, the MCC-Hanshin Hope Centre was established in 2018 at Mudichur area in West Tambaram. The centre has a well-equipped kitchen, Halls, Bakery, Computer Room, Seminar Hall and a Library. These facilities support B.Voc. Hospitality & Tourism Management students and faculty in practicum and in hosting women’s self-help groups.

Inauguration

The MCC-Hanshin Hope Centre was declared open on 17th October 2018  by Mr. K.M. Mammen, Chairman, MCC Association & Board of Directors, in the presence of Dr. R.W. Alexander Jesudasan, Principal & Secretary, MCC, Mr. C. Sundaraj, Bursar & Treasurer, MCC, Mr. Kim Hyung Tae, Consul General, Republic of South Korea, Dr. Peck, Dean of International Programmes, Hanshin University, South Korea, Rev. Yuk Sunjong, Research Professor, Hanshin University, South Korea, and many other dignitaries.
