G. Aruna Abirami

Mrs. G. Aruna Abirami is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work (SFS).   Her contributions include publishing a Book Chapter titled “The Problems of Homelessness of Women and Children in Chennai Urban Habitats under the Framework of Reducing Inequality SDG 10”. She has participated in various FDPs and attended MOOC Courses conducted by Ramanujan College, New Delhi.  Her area of expertise includes Organisational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Labour legislation, Social Case Work, Social Work Research, Psychology, Gender Equality and Work-Life Balance.

Courses Being Taught: Concepts and Trends in HRM, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare, Social Work Research and Statistics, Fundamentals of Business Management, Social Work with Communities.
