Brief Profile

N. Gnanamalar David has been on the teaching faculty of the Department of Mathematics since August 1980.  He received the Ph.D. degree from University of Madras in 2002.  He has authored or co-authored research papers in his fields of interest, which include graph grammars, picture languages, DNA computing and astronomy.  During 1990 – 1993 he visited University of Bremen, Germany.  He made academic visits to France, Netherlands and Greece.
