STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR STUDENTS
ESE APRIL 2021

  1. Students to join the Google Classroom duly assigned by the invigilator on the respective dates and session as mentioned in the Hall Ticket.
  2. Students to login to the Google Meet link provided fifteen minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  3. Answers should be written neatly in the A4 sheets.
  4. The first page should contain the following detail:

Register Number:                                                     Logout Time:

Class:

Title of the Paper:

Date:

Session: Forenoon/Afternoon

Total Number of Pages:

  1. Each page should contain the following details above the top margin:

Register Number:                                         Page No.: 

  1. The students can draw the margins neatly and enter the above information even before the examination commences.
  2. The students should choose a place where network connectivity is proper.
  3. Set the device camera in such a position so that the candidate and the answer script are both visible.
  4. Students joining the Google Meet fifteen minutes after the commencement of the examination will be marked ABSENT.
  5. Frequent movement of face or eyeballs and movement of lips (murmuring/talking) should be avoided. It can be considered as malpractice if the invigilator suspects and is proved.
  6. Answers copied verbatim from any Wikipedia or any other websites will be considered as malpractice.
  7. Students joining the Google Meet fifteen minutes after the commencement of the examination will be marked ABSENT.
  8. Student should label the Answer Script PDF file with registration number, title of the
    course and page number before uploading in the GCR.

  1. Students have to upload the scanned answer scripts using DocScanner as a single PDF file within thirty minutes of the completion of the examination.
  2. Students to ensure that all the pages are uploaded correctly.
  3. Students to ensure that the answer script of the correct course is uploaded.
  4. It is the responsibility of the Students to ensure the correct answer scripts are uploaded. If the answer scripts of the other courses are uploaded by mistake, permission need to be sought from the Invigilator within 15 minutes and the correct answer script to be uploaded.
  5. If the Students are facing any issue it should be immediately reported to the invigilator and resolved. No claim later will be entertained.
