The placement cell is organizing Focussed Group Discussion Programs for the final year students of MCC to motivate them and create awareness about placement and Job offers. This programme is offered to all the final year students to prepare them in advance for their desired job interviews.
Placement counselling is undertaken with a view to promoting readiness and developing core skills among students related to their selected jobs.
Newsletter-Wildlife Conservation Club
Wildlife Conservation Club organized an orientation program for the first years on 23.08.2022 titled ‘Understand, Educate and Conserve’ at Anderson Hall. The invited Chief guest Dr. C. Livingstone, a Former Professor, and Head, also Former Curator briefed on his experience on the campus and encouraged the students to take part in all the activities of the club. The office bearers of the club were introduced by
Dr. Senthilkumar Umapathy, Vice-president. The office bearers presented the various club activities since its inception on 11th October 2021 along with the plans for this academic year. Also, the club organized a Wildlife Photography competition on World Environment Day. The winners were selected meticulously and were presented with a certificate and cash prize during the orientation program by Dr. C. Livingstone.
