PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR HALL (HOSTEL) ALLOTMENT FOR THE YEAR 2018-2019

YOU ARE ADVISED TO PAY THE HALL FEE ONLINE ONLY ON OR BEFORE 17TH JUNE (for students whose names are in Hall allotment list - V). OTHERWISE YOUR PROVISIONAL SELECTION TO THE HALL WILL BE CANCELLED.

TAKE PRINT OUT OF THE RECEIPT AFTER MAKING PAYMENT, MEET THE DEAN OF STUDENT AFFAIRS FOR HALL ALLOTMENT IN THE STUDENT RECORDS OFFICE, DURING WORKING HOURS.

STUDENTS SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS (FATHER / MOTHER / OR BOTH) AND LOCAL GUARDIAN AT THE TIME OF MEETING THE RESPECTIVE WARDEN OF THE HALL. THE LOCAL GAURDIAN SHOULD BE A MARRIED ELDERLY PERON. THEY MUST BRING 3 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS AND COPY OF A VALID ID PROOF.
THE LOCAL GUARDIAN SHOULD BE IN A POSITION TO ATTEND YOUR WARD AT TIMES OF EMERGENCY.

NOTE :
1. THERE IS NO MORE VACANCY IN WOMEN’S HALLS FOR UG.
2. THEREFORE THE WOMEN STUDENTS ARE ADVISED TO LOOK OUT FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION OUTSIDE COLLEGE CAMPUS.
