Prof. M.Thendral, M.S.W, NET (UGC)
Prof. M.Thendral is a Commerce graduate from Ethiraj College for Women (2001 – 2004) and intensive society oriented Post Graduate from Stella Maris College, Chennai. She worked for four months at St.Thomas Mount Babies Home, an adoption centre and then at T.T.Ranganathan Clinical Research Foundation (TTK Hospital – After Care Centre), as a Counsellor handling alcohol and drug addicts. She started teaching at Hindustan College of Arts and Science where she taught soft skills. She joined Madras Christian College in 2008. She handles papers on Human Growth and Development, Social Legislation, Social Work with Families and Value Education. She is currently pursuing her PhD on the topic - ‘Academic Profile of College Students – An Empirical Study’. She has been actively working for the institution with regard to Enrolment and IQAC.
